Return / Refund Policies
We offer a 7-day return policy on all products only if a clear and continuous unboxing video is available Without an unboxing video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances. Important Note The unboxing video must: Start before opening the package Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and condition Show the full unboxing process without cuts or edits Clearly display the product and any damage/issue Failure to provide this video proof will result in the rejection of the return request.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Not a customized or personalized item
- Not a sale or clearance item (unless defective)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Glass products & action figures
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Jewellery products
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
Contact Us

Get Return Authorization
We'll review your request and send you a return authorization within 24-48 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Keep the tracking number safe.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and mention that you want an exchange. Subject to availability, we'll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
